Only Health Care Related Professionals will be vendors
Health Experts Lecture series throughout the day
Each vendor will offer a "Show Special" to bring in new business

Expecting 1,000 - 1,200 attendees
Poster and post card invitations provided to each vendor 1 month before the Health Fair
$10,000 will be spent on event advertising
10 x 10 booths with a back drape, draped table
and 2 chairs - $350
